It is not a public service and is not intended for clients, the public, or third parties. Access is limited to authorized LOSA employees and contractors holding valid @abaudlegal.com Google Workspace accounts and is provisioned on a role and need-to-know basis.

What we collect

Google account info — name, email address, profile photo from your @abaudlegal.com Google sign-in. We never receive your password.
Session record — stored in your browser's localStorage, including expiration and module permissions.
Approximate location — only with your explicit browser permission, used solely to display local weather on your homepage.
Activity — which Portal modules you open and edits you make, attributed to your account.

How we use it

Verify your @abaudlegal.com access and apply role-based module permissions.
Personalize your homepage (greeting, scheduled events, weather, the daily widgets).
Operate internal workflows: case tracking, SOP delivery, training records.
Maintain security, prevent unauthorized access, and meet legal/professional obligations.
We do not sell or share your data for advertising or marketing.
